Production

We create metal cards in a multi-step production environment. From quality silkscreen, to chemical and laser etching, and our plating technique is top notch. But it takes time. Please allow 12-17 business days .

Delivery

All orders shipped with USPS Priority 2-3day delivery.
Always free shipping for orders over US $500. All orders are shipped with a USPS tracking number and signature required.

Returns

Customer is responsible for proof approval, including all typos, wording, numbers and finish options. We can not guarantee 100% color accuracy or that finish will look like the proof as metal finishes are unique. We will not reprint for font size issues, please print your cards at 100% original scale.
Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase. Credit will be held with the company for up to 90 days from issuance. All sale items are final purchases.
